Hi, I’m Mady Casteel, the owner of Raw Beauty Salon & Spa. I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2012 and opened Raw Beauty in 2019. I started my career doing hair, but I quickly discovered my passion for skin care and helping clients enhance their natural beauty.
I specialize in brow shaping, lash lifts, and personalized skin treatments to address each client’s unique needs. What I love most about my work are the relationships I’ve built over the years — we’ve shared life’s ups and downs together. I also love that moment when a client sees their glowing skin after a facial — their happiness is the best reward.
When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me hanging out with my golden retriever, Kevin, or teaching dance at Grayce DeWitt Dance Studio.

Hi, I’m Kassidy Griggs (you can call me Kass) I’ve been a hairstylist for over 10 years, and I specialize in lived-in color, balayage, and bright blondes. I’m all about creating effortlessly beautiful hair that grows out seamlessly and fits your lifestyle. What truly fuels my passion is the creativity I get to pour into every look—and the connections I make with each of my clients. I’m super laid-back and love making people feel comfortable in my chair. Expect good vibes, great hair, and probably a lot of laughing together! Outside of the salon, I’m a proud mom to my daughter Murphy, dog-mom to Salvy, and wife to my amazing husband Hank. When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find me enjoying family time, finding new house projects, sipping something fun on a patio, or checking out the cutest local coffee shops. I can’t wait to meet you and create something beautiful together!

I’m a licensed esthetician with 8 years of experience. I absolutely love what I do - whether it’s shaping the perfect brow, giving a relaxing facial, or helping clients feel confident with smooth, comfortable waxing. My goal is to always make you feel your best and leave with a little extra glow. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my kids and grandson or tending to my bees and plants. I have too many animals! Life is never boring and i wouldn’t have it any other way!Esthetician & Waxing

I have been an esthetician for 3 years. I am known for lash lifts and brow laminations. I love what i do because I get to make women feel confident in their own skin. I love to chit chat but I'm also down for a silent appointment if that’s what my client wants! If I'm not at work I'm either home with my dog enjoying a good movie or out with family!

With 17 years of experience behind the chair, i specialize in cuts, color, and styling - helping clients not only look their best but feel confident and proud. My favorite part of what I do is building genuine connections with the people in my chair and creating styles that are beautiful and manageable at home. My motto? when you look good, you feel good!
Outside the Salon, I co-own a cozy cottage bakery where I love experimenting with cookies, muffins, and coffee cakes, to hearty homemade meals. I'm just as at home in the kitchen as I am outdoors - I enjoy being outside, tending to my plants and flowers, fishing, camping, hunting, or enjoying the sunset with a good book. I love to start my day with a warm cup of coffee and end it with a glass of wine on occasion.
