Mady

Mady Casteel is the owner of Raw Beauty Salon & Spa. She has been in the beauty industry since 2012 and opened Raw Beauty in 2019. Mady began her career in hair but quickly discovered her passion for skin care and helping clients enhance their natural beauty. She specializes in brow shaping, lash lifts, and personalized skin treatments designed to meet each client’s unique needs. What Mady loves most about her work are the relationships she’s built over the years — sharing life’s ups and downs with her clients. One of her favorite moments is seeing a client’s reaction after a facial, when their skin is glowing and their confidence shines. When she’s not in the salon, Mady enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Kevin, or teaching dance at Grayce DeWitt Dance Studio.

Kassidy

Kassidy Griggs (known as Kass) has been a hairstylist for over 10 years and specializes in lived-in color, balayage, and bright blondes. She’s passionate about creating effortlessly beautiful hair that grows out seamlessly and fits each client’s lifestyle. What fuels Kass’s love for her work is the creativity she brings to every look and the genuine connections she builds with her clients. She’s known for her laid-back personality and making everyone feel comfortable in her chair — expect good vibes, great hair, and plenty of laughter. Outside of the salon, Kass is a proud mom to her daughter Murphy, a dog-mom to Salvy, and a wife to her husband Hank. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her spending time with family, tackling new house projects, sipping something fun on a patio, or exploring the cutest local coffee shops.

Hair Stylist

Janabel

Janabel is a licensed esthetician with 8 years of experience and a true passion for her work — from shaping the perfect brow to providing relaxing facials and helping clients feel confident with smooth, comfortable waxing. Her goal is to always help clients feel their best and leave with a little extra glow. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids and grandson, tending to her bees and plants, and caring for her many animals. Life is never boring, and she wouldn’t have it any other way!

Madison

Madison has been an esthetician for four years and is known for her lash lifts and brow laminations. She genuinely loves what she does because she gets to help women feel confident in their own skin.

She enjoys chatting with her clients but is always happy to offer a quiet, relaxing appointment if that’s what they prefer. When she’s not at work, she’s usually at home with her dog watching *Grey’s Anatomy* or out spending time with family — most likely at Chili’s.
